Automotive pumps
Debem has carved its own niche in the automotive sector, by supplying an automotive pump used for spraying release agents, for pumping liquefied gases and for the distribution of paint and solvents on centralised systems. Debem’s automotive pumps can be used to transfer tropicalizing liquids for radiators, pumping fuel and additives for fuel.
Debem has the right pump for your needs
The air-operated double diaphragm pumps for automotive sector
The air-operated double diaphragm automotive water pump, in particular the CUBIC line (due to their small size) are ideally suited for installations on industrial washing plants, such as car washes. Moreover Debem’s pneumatic pumps are ideal for installations directly on fire fighting vehicles to externally cool the vehicles that come close to the flames. Thanks to the ATEX and IECEx certifications they can also be installed in potentially dangerous and hazardous atmospheres. They can be used to transfer fuels such as diesel, biodiesel, various types of petrol, to recover engine oil, gearbox oil and waste oil, or liquids such as brake fluid, antifreeze and windscreen wiper fluids. The automotive water pump is also useful when discharging cisterns directly.
The advantages for the Automotive sector
The vast choice of materials available for the pump casing and the manifolds, as well as for the parts in contact with the fluid, such as the diaphragms, balls, ball seats and o-rings, make Debem’s double diaphragm pneumatic automotive pumps unique in this kind. This choice makes them extremely versatile for countless uses and they can be precisely configured for the specific applications. Debem’s automotive pumps can be conveniently transported on trucks and moved to the work point and, seeing as they are driven exclusively with compressed air, they are intrinsically safe.
