Debem offers its customers new and effective services, providing them with technical and commercial information to make it easier to choose the most suitable product and meet every operating requirement. Our customers can count on a multi-language call centre (with specialised technical personnel) able to resolve questions tied to product selection and the most suitable chemical compatibility for their requirements.
Technical support
Our technical support service can respond to any queries of a technical nature, about the installation, pump optimisation, system or about the fluid pumping process. Our workshop includes an internal maintenance department that can promptly restore any model of pump purchased and return it to the customer along with a service report. Our management system monitors the minimum stocks of every component and pre-assembly units of all the pumps in our catalogue. This allows us to check the availability of the product when the order is placed and assemble it promptly and punctually. All our diaphragm pumps are in fact supplied already pre-assembled. They only require a few minutes to be configured to the customer’s requirements and then shipped. Similarly all the spare parts are ready in stock and available immediately. The customer is able to purchase the spare parts individually or as a kit.
