{"id":14373,"date":"2019-08-28T14:17:07","date_gmt":"2019-08-28T12:17:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.debem.com\/?p=14373"},"modified":"2022-03-23T16:07:36","modified_gmt":"2022-03-23T16:07:36","slug":"european-coatings-show-2019-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.debem.com\/en\/european-coatings-show-2019-2\/","title":{"rendered":"European Coatings Show 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14166 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.debem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/2-681x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"681\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>There is a continuous growth in demand for paint and coatings on the global market and it was in this context that we took part in the European Coatings Show held in Nuremberg (Germany) from 19 to 21 March 2019 with an innovative stand filled with interesting technical items.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14161 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.debem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/5-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-14156 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.debem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/2222-300x183.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"183\" \/>The trade fair was a huge success and we received a vast number of visits from a knowledgeable general public interested in the presentation of the company&#8217;s latest innovations, our range of products for pump paint and ink, coatings, sealants and adhesives. <strong>Technologically advanced pumps<\/strong> for printing, paints, solvents and glues: <strong>innovative solutions<\/strong> for solving any problem in the industry.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14131 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.debem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/1-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" \/><\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>WHAT WAS THERE TO SEE AT OUR STAND?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>We presented the new <strong>BOXER FPC 100 pump<\/strong>, a pneumatic double diaphragm pump produced entirely in <strong>PTFE<\/strong> thanks to machining with a machine tool. A unique pump of its kind, which offers a wide range of application options both on the solvents and paint as well as the chemical market, for pumping particularly aggressive liquids, and in the food industry as <strong>PTFE FDA<\/strong> is the only material which comes into contact with the fluid. The pump is completely covered by an <strong>AISI 316 <\/strong>metallic frame which makes it more robust and less deformable.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14125 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.debem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/049-BOXER-FPC-100-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>The spotlight was also turned on the new small sized pumps ideal for the graphics industry for pumping paints and enamels (both water and solvent based) like the <strong>BOXER 7<\/strong> and the <strong>BOXER 15<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>The <strong>BOXER 7<\/strong> pump combines <strong>high performance and compact size.<\/strong> We decided to combine the dimensional features of the <strong>MIDGETBOX <\/strong>pump with those found in the normal <strong>BOXER<\/strong> pumps to achieve one of the smallest diaphragm pumps on the market, though one with performance levels on a par with their larger counterparts. This pump has \u00bc\u201d Gas F connections and produces a flow of 9 litres per minute and, unlike the <strong>MIDGETBOX,<\/strong> can also conduct dirty fluids with small suspended solids.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14136 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.debem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/BOXER-7_PP_01-04-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>The <strong>BOXER 15<\/strong> pump combines the dimensional aspects of the <strong>CUBIC15<\/strong> pump with the typical design of the pumps in the <strong>BOXER<\/strong> range and, despite the <strong>BOXER 15&#8217;s<\/strong> small size, it can produce a flow of 17 litres a minute with 3\/8\u201d G F suction and delivery connections.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14141 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.debem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/BOXER-15_PP_01-04-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>Visitors were also attracted to the split system on the pneumatic pumps recreated by an innovative exhibitor demonstrating how two different kinds of fluids can be pumped by a single pump.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-14146 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.debem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/3-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/>Our company does not shy away from customising existing products to satisfy our clients&#8217; demands.
